Happy Crew Coffee House is a program of The Happy Crew, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This page explains what we collect when you use our website, call us, or text us, and what we do with it. The short version: we use it to talk with you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
What you type into a form on this site: your name, email, phone number and message.
When you call or text our shop line: your phone number, your texts, and any voicemail you leave.
Basic, anonymous counts of how people use this website, like which pages get visited.
How we use it
To answer your question, plan your event, or follow up about a membership.
To send you our emails, only if you signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To call or text you back when you’ve reached out to us.
Who sees it
Our team, and the services that help us run things, like our email, forms and phone systems. They only use your information to do that work for us. We never sell, rent or trade your information.
Memberships run through Como, which has its own privacy policy.
Texting
When you text our shop line, (720) 575-5575, or call and we miss you, we may text you back about your question, your call or your visit. We only text people who reached out to us first. We don’t send marketing texts.
Message frequency varies; we only text when there’s something to reply to.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP anytime and we’ll stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@happycrewcoffeehouse.com.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your texting opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone.
Kids
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
