Our shop line

Happy Crew Coffee House is a program of The Happy Crew, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We use our shop line, (720) 575-5575, to text with customers. We text to answer your questions and to follow up about your order, your event or your visit. We never send marketing texts.

How you sign up

You start the conversation by texting us at (720) 575-5575. Or, when you call or stop by, someone on our team asks if it’s okay to text you, and we only text you if you say yes. Our first text confirms it and tells you how to stop.

How often

Message frequency varies. We only text when there’s something to answer or follow up on.

Message and data rates may apply.

Help and stopping

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop getting texts from us. After you reply STOP, we send one text to confirm and then nothing more. Reply START if you’d like to hear from us again.
